In prelude to the annual Africa HR Forum Conference, the Launch session, dubbed Africa HR Forum 2022 Launch, will hold on Wednesday, 31st August 2022 from 11am to 12.30pm CAT. The Africa HR Forum 2022 Launch will set the foundation for more in-depth critical discussions through a thought-provoking exchange involving thought leaders from the HR, Labor & Employment and Legal sectors, on the theme “Reinventing HR Best Practices for a modern African Workforce”.
The Africa HR Forum audience is varied and comprises Professionals from key sectors, Managers, CEOs, Human Resource Leaders & Practitioners, etc. across Africa.
The current and unexpected transformation affecting the world and method of work, is caused and driven by several factors, including digitalization, pandemics, the continuously evolving nature of the labor market such as the reallocation of resources, talent shortages, skills gap, etc. and simply, the need to drive greater business impact, and this transformation highlights the importance of an innovative and new HR organizational model.
