The HR Author Series is a monthly virtual series launched in January 2022, which presents HR authors and their published literary works that cater to the Pan-African market with the aim of facilitating the sharing of practical applicable knowledge on a broad range of HR and workforce development topics. Each session features an HR author who discusses the research behind their publication and provides background understanding and how this knowledge may be incorporated into daily local contexts and professional environments. Additionally, participants meet and exchange with HR authors.

What to expect?

The Webinar sessions are attended by actors and stakeholders in the HR industry from across the continent (HR Directors, Managers, CEOs, People Development professionals, HR professionals, Professionals operating in key sectors, etc.).

We have witnessed increasing demand and interest since launching, with the active participation of 30 professionals from Nigeria, Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea, Congo, Tanzania, Morocco, Botswana, Kenya, South Africa, Uganda and International countries- US and Cyprus.  We are expecting to significantly increase this participation as we engage in top-notch publicity of the esteemed HR authors and books lined up for the year and we also believe that the provision of interpretation services into French will significantly increase participation in francophone countries.
