Introduction
The HR Insights Series explores pertinent HR topics and promotes knowledge-sharing amongst Pan-African professionals, resulting in the identification of solutions for the amelioration of HR practice. Sessions are led by experienced leaders, CEOs, Managers, who operate in multiple sectors who lead discussions on topic that focus on different HR domain and subsequently exchange with the Pan-African audience.
Additionally, presential viewing sessions which are attended by members of the local professional community are hosted concurrently, by our Partners in order to encourage inclusivity across the African continent. The Webinar sessions are attended by actors and stakeholders in the HR industry from across the continent (HR Directors, Managers, CEOs, People Development professionals, HR professionals, etc).

Our 2021 records show attendance by over 500 professionals operating in key sectors, from over 27 countries in 5 regions of Africa and 7 international countries (US, UK, etc.) and we are expecting to significantly increase this figure this year due to the caliber of top-tier knowledgeable and experienced Speakers that we have lined up as well as the organization of presential viewing sessions hosted by our Partners across the continent.
Additionally, the provision of interpretation services into French will significantly increase participation in francophone countries.
