The Africa HR Forum 2022 Launch will set the foundation for more in-depth critical discussions through a thought-provoking exchange involving thought leaders from the HR, Labor & Employment and Legal sectors, on the theme “Reinventing HR Best Practices for a modern African Workforce”.

The Africa HR Forum audience is varied and comprises Professionals from key sectors, Managers, CEOs, Human Resource Leaders & Practitioners, etc. across Africa.

Reinventing HR Best Practice for a modern African Workforce

The current and unexpected transformation affecting the world and method of work, is caused and driven by several factors, including digitalization, pandemics, the continuously evolving nature of the labor market such as the reallocation of resources, talent shortages, skills gap, etc. and simply, the need to drive greater business impact, and this transformation highlights the importance of an innovative and new HR organizational model.

These factors and others combined, specifically, underscore the importance of a dynamic workforce work model and management system that will provide great employee experience for the delivery of value. In doing this, HR will have to position itself at the forefront of decision-making in business strategy, to implement and drive strategic and adaptive solutions and foster an environment for value-added solutions (innovative, flexible and dynamic leadership, organizational culture and employee experience) that will result in optimum business impact, amidst these challenges.

Taking stock of the current policies, guidelines, standards, practices, processes, tools, are these effective to empower a modern and agile workforce that is sustainable for the future?

Which processes and initiatives need to be reinvented/reevaluated to attain this?

Does HR have the right capabilities to drive this reinvention and deliver innovative solutions?

The Africa HR Forum 2022 Launch puts the spotlight on the essential building blocks, strategies, requirements for a modern African workforce, and our carefully curated panel of thought leaders, each with their unique experience and expertise, will critically explore this theme and shed impactful and relevant insights that will drive change and set the stage for further pro-active, solution-identification exchanges during Africa HR Forum 2022, which is scheduled to hold from 24th to 26th October 2022.
