Development of Equatorial Guinea’s labour and employment sector
The Equatorial Guinea Job Fair, now in its 2nd Edition, promotes the development of local content by providing a platform whereby job seekers can actively seek employment opportunities in a real-time environment. Following an assessment and consequently the need to enhance the development of Equatorial Guinea’s labour and employment sector, AFRICA HR FORUM & SEGUNDA FERIA DE EMPLEO EN GUINEA ECUATORIAL will be held from 26th to 28th October 2022 as a presential event at the Sipopo Conference Centre in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea, under the theme “Re-evaluating and analysing current labour policies for effective implementation resulting in economic growth”.
The event will feature panel discussions involving actors and stakeholders in Equatorial Guinea’s Labour and Employment sectors, with the objective of carrying out a thorough analysis of the effectiveness of the current policies that govern the labour sector, and subsequently establish applicable policies that will promote a strong and dynamic labour sector. The Africa HR Forum Conference will launch the 2nd edition of the Job Fair which will unite entities and employers with job seekers in Equatorial Guinea, with the objective of securing employment opportunities ranging from internships to full time employment.
