Lars Schmidt is the Founder of Amplify, a firm that helps companies and HR leaders navigate the new world of work through HR executive search and the Amplify Academy HR practitioner and leadership development program. Lars spent over 20 years in the industry, building a range of leading global companies.
He’s the author of Redefining HR, a book Adam Grant reviewed that “has the potential to transform the future of HR,” detailing modern people practices and approaches. He also covers modern people practices and the new world of work for Fast Company and the Redefining Work podcast, where he interviews industry-shaping Chief People Officers from Microsoft, Coca-Cola, The Lego Group, EA, and other leading businesses.
