The Speaker Bio

Elliot is a Managing Partner of LOF Consultants Pte. Ltd, a board member of Unchained-SE Limited, Culture and Education Association of Singapore, and an advisor to National EA-Tsing Hua STEAM Education Association. In his learning journey and, at the age of 32, he has held global, regional, and country positions ranging from engineering to global sales learning to talent development to management development consulting. Since 2014, he has been an international speaker in conferences in Singapore, China, and Peru. The scope of his sharing includes Learning to Learn, Business Continuity Management for The Transported Asset Protection Association (TAPA), and Future of Skills for the Skills of Future.
Elliot has more than 20 years’ experience as a business consultant, merger & acquisition, organization development, facilitator, profiler and mentor, and trainer, working across all levels of staff and consultants with various business functions. Previously, he has worked in China for four years, gaining insights on China businesses and people. During the 4 years in China, he was leading and managing joint venture partners, post-merger agenda between local partners, acquired companies into one company, offices consolidation and relocation across China, and all people & culture matters. His most recent was working in Saudi Arabia focusing on organization transformation initiatives.
At the global level, Elliot led DHL Global Sales and Training Agenda such as: co-design, develop and deliver global sales processes training across various sales channels, co-design, develop and deliver customer relationships management tool, lead facilitator on global cross functional business unit one customer database project. He was the co-chair for Global Sales Learning and Development Council. Elliot has worked across many organizations and industries both locally and internationally, creating value to the organization’s business systems, structures, processes, and people. Some of these organizations include Ascott Group, Changi Airports International, DHL, CocaCola, INTEL, Singapore Tourism Board, PSA Corporation Limited, URA, Ministry of Education, Hilton International, Philips Electronics Asia Pacific, Microsoft, Pharmacia Corporation, P&G Middle East, Nokia Asia Pacific, KPMG Malaysia, Heineken Taiwan, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Research International, National Semiconductors China, Saudi Airports, Sumitomo Chemical China, Tesco Property China and YCH Group.

Besides management development initiatives, his other areas of customized projects include
change management, organization design, team development, sales, customer service and
fast-tracking managers. Elliot does management succession profiling and mentoring for high
potential individual who are selected by their organizations. One specialization was designing
the airport employee competency framework in Saudi Arabia.
Elliot’s ability to converse in English, Mandarin, Malay, and the Chinese dialects such as
Hokkien, Teochew, Cantonese, and Hakka, enables him to be highly adaptive and adept in
transferring skills across cultures and people.
