The Speaker for the HR Insights Series January session, Lars Schmidt, will explore this further and will share his valuable insights and experience as he explores the topic “Future Proofing Your People Team in the New World of Work’, which is also the title of his book. The January session of the HR Insights Series will hold on Thursday, 19th January 2023 from 15h to 16h WAT (GMT+1) in English and French.

The Africa HR Forum- HR Insights Series, which is organized by the Government of Equatorial Guinea and ICUBEFARM and endorsed by the Society for Human Resource Management, is scheduled for every third Thursday of every month. This Series is designed to spark creative thinking, anticipation, and proactive planning amongst HR practitioners, leaders and People Management professionals so that they proactive in anticipating the next required step in their strategic and operational roles.
