The Government of Equatorial Guinea (through the Ministry of Labour, Employment Promotion and Social Security, the Ministry of Public Service and Administrative Reform) and ICUBEFARM, in collaboration with the African HR Confederation launched the HR Insights Series. The HR Insights Series features sessions of virtual discussions which are held on the third Friday of every month, as prelude to the 2021 Africa HR Forum. The aim of the HR Insights Series to bring together HR professionals and leaders of the Pan-African HR community to exchange information on leading practices and solutions. The HR Insights Series aims to focus on analysing the current state of the Pan-African labour sector, identifying solutions and promoting the development and growth of the Pan-African labour market.
Designed to provoke creative thinking, anticipation, and proactive planning amongst HR and People Management professionals. The HR Insight Series specifically aims at: Providing valuable and practical guidelines for tackling day to day operational challenges, provoking new thinking to be operationally excellent and a strategic partner to one’s organization, challenging HR and People Management professionals to become more internally and externally collaborative, embrace creativity and design thinking in solving HR and business problems, enabling continuous professional development and inculcate a learning organization mentality for continuous improvement.
