Meet Author Dr. Jeskinus Mukonoweshuro as he presents his book ‘Enhancing Leadership Performance through Soft Skills’ on Thursday, 7th July from 14h to 15h GMT+1, during the 7th session of Africa HR Forum – HR Author Series

The 7th session of the HR Author Series will feature HR author, Dr. Jeskinus Mukunoweshuro, who will present his book ‘Enhancing Leadership Performance through Soft Skills’. This book is a research-based guide about the impact of an Integrated Servant Leadership and Emotional Intelligence Competencies Model on managerial leadership competence development programme aimed at building leadership soft skills that would enhance managerial leadership performance in various sectors.
Dr. Mukunoweshuro is a Business Strategy, Organisation Design and Review, Human Capital and Leadership Development Consultant with Whiteray Investments (Pty) Ltd and Progressive Institute in Botswana. He spent nineteen years with Zimbabwean Commercial Bank, NMB Bank Limited, with sixteen of them as Head of Human Capital. Prior to this, he has held various leadership development and Human Capital Management Roles in Standard Chartered Bank Zimbabwe, and has worked with parastatals and the Government of Zimbabwe. Jeskinus has written peer reviewed and media publications in various areas that include using Mixed Methods Research Methodology, Emotional Intelligence, Servant Leadership, Critical Thinking Skills.
