The 8th session of the HR Author Series will feature HR author, Edward Chisi, who will present his book ‘The Secret of Success in the World of Work. This book reveals to professionals how they can be successful in their work and how to maximize their potential to provide value in their work environment, as well as for the benefit of their professional development.
Edward Chisi is Currently Human Resources Executive in the Largest Tobacco Company in Zimbabwe-Zimbabwe Leaf Tobacco. With 24 years of experience in Human Resources, Edward can safely be confirmed an expert in; organisational design, talent and performance management, employee relations and engagement, Job evaluation and compensation, compliance and budgeting. He is also the Pioneer and sponsor of the Total Cost to Company Concept: Zimbabwe specialist.
