These Government authorities work to make Equatorial Guinea’s economic growth more inclusive and sustainable primarily through the promotion of employment opportunities and initiatives for the EG workforce, through the development and training of the workforce in order to improve their quality of life. In a move to boost employment of its citizens, these government authorities have collectively and sporadically initiated policy and regulatory changes that have ensured an effective involvement of the workforce at all levels of the country’s economy and progressive development of skills. Thanks to their patronage and endorsement, the organizers are able to host this unique pan-African HR gathering with leading HR actors and key decision-makers in Africa’s HR industry, in order to strengthen and dynamize the HR landscape in Africa.
