Signature of Partnership between the Ministry of Labor, Promotion of employment & Social Security, The Ministry of Public Function and Administrative Reform and ICUBEFARM GE SL for the organization of Africa HR Forum & Career Fair.
Within the framework and the obligations of the National Economic and Social Development Plan of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea, which seeks to significantly strengthen human capital in a bid to boost productivity and improve the quality of life of citizens, the Ministry of Labour and Social Security represented by its Minister, His Excellencies Celestino Bonifacio Bacale Obiang, Eucario Bacale Angue and ICUBEFARM GE SL, represented by its Deputy Director-General, Miss. Yolanda Martina Hickson Asumu, on Friday, 21st February 2020, signed a partnership agreement for the organization of Africa HR Forum & Career Fair. The signing took place at the premises of the Ministry of Labour, Promotion of Employment & Social Security and the Ministry of Public Function & Administrative Reform in Malabo.
An initiative pioneered by the Government of Equatorial Guinea and organized by iCUBEFARM in partnership with the African HR Confederation and other key players in the HR industry across Africa, the Africa Forum is pan-African conference that seeks to provide a unique opportunity for Human Resource Leaders & practitioners across Africa to share ideas on innovative approaches that will elevate industrial standards and discuss challenges associated with their practice. Africa HR Forum & Career Fair was set to take place on the 21st and 22nd May 2020 but was re-invented to be held virtually.
As the Government bodies in charge of the development & implementation of Government policies in the field of professional relationships, workers’ status & social security, as well as connecting institutions & employers organizations, ultimately empowering the EG & African workforce, the Ministry of Labor and Ministry of Public Function have pledged their full support to ensure the successful organization of Africa HR Forum.
