Speaker: Dr. Dorothy Ndletyana
Speaker Bio: Dr. Dorothy Ndletyana, a Fulbright Scholar, joined the University of Pretoria’s Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS) in 2017 and was recently promoted to Senior Lecturer. Ndletyana leads the Mphil with a specialization in Change Leadership. Her teaching, research and consulting interests span Humane Centered Leadership, Human Resource Management, Human Behaviour and Organisational Development. She teaches both academic, corporate and social education programmes to participants at all organisaitonal levels. Ndletyana has published a book chapter, peer-reviewed academic articles and a teaching case study. She Chairs two GIBS academic committees and Webber Wentzel’s Empowerment Trust. She leads Ndletyana Learning, a boutique consulting practice, where she offers the following services to a niche client base: Talent Management Advisory; Integral Coaching and Design, Development & Facilitation of deeply transformative interventions.
She is an ICF-accredited Associate Certified Coach and New Ventures West Certified Integral Coach with over 600 coaching hours. Her coaching practice focuses on developing the whole person, helping clients to develop competence in the following streams: cognitive, emotional, somatic, relational and spiritual. Clients develop a way of being that integrates the streams enabling them to live consciously.
