The Africa HR Forum 2022 Launch, hosted by the Government of Equatorial Guinea and ICUBEFARM, in collaboration with the African HR Confederation

In prelude to the Africa HR Forum & Career Fair 2022, ICUBEFARM-operator of the Pan-African professional and employment-oriented portal and proprietor of Africa HR Forum will host the Africa HR Forum 2022 Launch at the end of this month of August, under the theme “Reinventing HR Best Practices for a modern African Workforce”. The Africa HR Forum 2022 Launch will feature a high-level panel discussion led by a carefully curated panel of thought leaders from the HR, Labour & Employment & Legal sectors, who will critically explore this theme and shed impactful and relevant insights that will drive change and set the stage for further pro-active, solution-identification exchanges during the Africa HR Forum 2022 Conference, which is scheduled to hold from 24th to 26th October 2022.
The Launch session will set the foundation for more in-depth critical discussions by evaluating the essential building blocks, guideline strategies, requirements for a building and leading a modern African workforce. The Africa HR Forum 2022 Launch, will hold virtually on Wednesday, 31st August 2022 from 11am to 12.30pm CAT (GMT+1) in English with French interpretation available.
Exploring this contemporary topic will be Mr. Raj Seeparsad, President of the African HR Confederation, Mr. Olusegun Mojeed, President and Chairman of the Governing Council of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, Mr. Dominique Calhoun, President Elect of the National Bar Association and Mr. Amadou Sako, Adviser for Africa at the International Organization of Employers. The session will be moderated by Mr. Kudakwashe Nyashanu, Chief Human Resources Officer at Zimbabwe Investment and Development Agency. This session will also feature illuminating addresses with the Keynote Address being delivered by Mr. Johnny C. Taylor, Jr., SHRM-SCP, President and CEO of the Society for Human Resource Management and the opening and closing remarks will be provided by the Minister of Labour of Equatorial Guinea, H.E. Don Alfredo Mitogo Mitogo Ada, the Minister of Public Function of Equatorial Guinea, H.E. Don Eucario Bacale Angue and the Director of Labour in Equatorial Guinea, Mr. Don Angel-Francisco Ngomo Nchama.
