The April session of the Africa HR Forum – HR Insights Series 2022 is hosted by the African HR Confederation and organized by the Ministries of Labor and Public Administration of Equatorial Guinea and ICUBEFARM

Organizational culture facilitates the achievement of an organization’s strategic objectives, attracts the right employees, and makes those employees who may not fit stand out. Each organization is uniquely shaped by its vision, mission, and leadership and it is therefore imperative to choose your organization’s culture taking into account your organizational goals, your team’s working styles and the changes that your business is going through. The April session of the HR Insights Series is being hosted by the African HR Confederation (AHRC) and will hold on Friday 22nd April 2022 from 14h to 15h GMT+1 in English and French. The Speaker for AHRC’s session is Dikeledi Seleka-Ewa, Entrepreneur, Transformational Speaker, Coach and Philanthropist. Dikeledi is the founder of Dynamic Timz Coaching, a South African based, African active coaching and consulting company which assists organisations to create high performing teams, provides leadership coaching, organisational strategy development, team building facilitation, performance improvement coaching, monitoring and evaluation services. She is also Founding Director of Sisters Empowerment Circle (SEC), an NPO centred on uplifting previously disadvantaged communities, through education and entrepreneurship. She is Director on the board of Clean Air Foundation South Africa (CAFSA) – an NPO which seeks to promote awareness of the negative health impacts caused by Indoor Air Pollution (IAP). She comes from a corporate background, with over 15 years of banking experience and holding senior management positions in 2 of the prominent banks in SA (FNB and SBSA). She studied civil engineering at Technikon Witwatersrand. Her coaching methods and communicative energy give the power to professionals to excel as leaders and in theirbusinesses/organisations
The Africa HR Forum HR Insights Series, which is organized in collaboration with the Ministries of Labor and Public Administration of Equatorial Guinea and the African HR Confederation (AHRC), is scheduled for every third Friday of each month and is designed to provoke creative thinking, anticipation, and proactive planning among HR practitioners, leaders and People Management professionals so that they are always ahead of the curve and are proactive in anticipating the next required step in their strategic and operational roles in 2022 and beyond. Each session is held in English with French interpretation available.
