The Government of Equatorial Guinea, through its Ministry of Labour, Promotion of Employment and Social Security, encourages active participation in Africa HR Forum 2022

The Government of Equatorial and ICUBEFARM, in collaboration with the African HR Confederation are gearing up to host Africa HR Forum 2022. As a prelude, the virtual launch of the Third Edition of Africa HR Forum took place on 31st August 2022 with the participation of the Minister of Labour, Employment Promotion and Social Security, Alfredo Mitogo Mitogo Ada, the Minister of Public Service, Eucario Bakale Angue. Opinion leaders from the HR, Labour, Employment and Legal sectors led the panel discussion, which saw the participation of over 200 professionals, CEOs, Managers, etc. The main Conference, Africa HR Forum 2022, will hold virtually under the theme “Reinventing HR Best Practice for a modern African Workforce” from 24th to 25th October 2022 from 10am CAT (GMT+1) daily, in English, French and Spanish.
The Minister of Labour of Equatorial Guinea has re-stated that the Government’s decision to support this initiative and has justified its impact that is derived by national and international companies as well as the necessary social and direct benefit that many young professionals in Equatorial Guinea and in Africa are will also gain.
The Minister further stated his expectation that Africa HR Forum’s network of Partners will collaborate to ensure that this edition will be fruitful and that it will serve to address the main issues affecting Africa’s human resources sector in general, in view of the challenges facing the continent and Equatorial Guinea in particular.
