The March session of the Africa HR Forum – HR Insights Series 2022 is hosted by the Association of Elite HR Professionals and organized by the Ministries of Labor and Public Administration of Equatorial Guinea and ICUBEFARM, in collaboration with the African HR Confederation

The March session of the HR Insights Series is being hosted by the Association of Elite of HR Professionals (AEHRP) and will hold on Friday 18th March 2022 from 15h to 16h GMT+1. The Speaker for AEHRP’s session is Adepeju Makinde, Adepeju Makinde is a bilingual human resources professional with a passion for developing people and unlocking their potentials. She currently works with Maersk as the Human Resource Business Partner partnering commercial functions in Nigeria, Benin and Niger Republics.
She is a seasoned HR Practitioner with over 10 years’ experience across major industries including Consulting, Construction, FMCG, Shipping and Transport. She is multi-culturally diverse, has had the opportunity to work with different nationalities and takes pride in going the extra mile when delivering value to her customers (employees) and stakeholders.She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN) and as well, holds a Master’s Degree in International Human Resource Management. She holds both the Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) and the Senior Professional in the Human Resources-International Credentials from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) USA. The moderator for this sesión is Olanrewaju Wilhelm, Head, Human Capital Management and Administration at Mainstreet MFB.
The Africa HR Forum HR Insights Series, which is organized in collaboration with the Ministries of Labor and Public Administration of Equatorial Guinea and the African HR Confederation (AHRC), is scheduled for every third Friday of each month and is designed to provoke creative thinking, anticipation, and proactive planning among HR practitioners, leaders and People Management professionals so that they are always ahead of the curve and are proactive in anticipating the next required step in their strategic and operational roles in 2022 and beyond.
