The November session of the Africa HR Forum – HR Insights Series 2022, hosted by the Senegalese Association of HR Professionals, and organized by the Ministries of Labor and Public Administration of Equatorial Guinea and ICUBEFARM

The November session of the HR Insights Series is being hosted by the Senegalese Association of HR Professionals (ASPRH) and will hold on Friday, 18th November 2022 from 17h to 18h WAT (GMT+1) in English and French. The Speaker is Mamadou Diallo. Mr. Diallo, a member of the Senegalese Association of HR Professionals. has more than 25 years of experience in HR Management, starting in 1994 as a consultant. He then pursued his career in major banks and in Swiss, Franco-Indian, American-Scandinavian and French multinationals that are leaders in their sectors of activity (agri-food, steelworks, hotels, breweries, the railway sector and the port sector). He has held several positions ranging from Senior Consultant to HR Director and plays a leading role in the development of the HR function in Senegal and in French-speaking Africa. He continues to utilize his 25 years of experience in the field of Human Resources and CSR to the benefit of Senegalese and African-based companies, as well as his pedagogical expertise insofar as he is a certified trainer in Management/Leadership/Coaching, He has been teaching for twenty-two years in the largest business schools in Dakar and often conducts training sessions for local companies in the field of HR, Management, Organisational Psychology, Social Audit and Banking Marketing.
The Africa HR Forum- HR Insights Series, which is organized in collaboration with the Ministries of Labor and Public Administration of Equatorial Guinea, is scheduled for every third Friday of each month and is designed to provoke creative thinking, anticipation, and proactive planning among HR practitioners, leaders and People Management professionals so that they are always ahead of the curve and are proactive in anticipating the next required step in their strategic and operational roles in 2022 and beyond. Each session is held in English with French interpretation available.
