The Africa HR Forum HR Insights Series 2021 began in January 2021, with its first session on Friday 15th January 2021. It was a productive session with Dr. Alex Granger as he exhibited on the topic HR Leadership – Front and Centre of Every Effort to Rise Again “Thriving Again”.
The Africa HR Forum HR Insights Series 2021 organized in collaboration with the African HR Confederation (AHRC) scheduled for every third Friday of the month is designed to provoke creative thinking, anticipation, and proactive planning among HR and People Management professionals so that they are always ahead of the curve and are not caught unprepared but are always ready for the next required step in their strategic and operational roles in 2021 and beyond.
The next Africa HR Forum HR Insights Series is scheduled for Friday 21st May 2021 at 15:00 GMT+1 on the topic The Resilience and Psychological Safety of Teams -Ensuring the health and safety of your people with Dr. Catherine Van Heerden, who is an International Speaker, Author, Facilitator, Business and Leadership Trainer, Psychologist, Transformational Coach at Thinking Dynamics. Catherine is driven by her passion for people and her obsession with adding real value to Business, Corporates, Entrepreneurs, and Individuals. She holds a Doctorate in Psychology, having submitted a dissertation on the Science of human transformation: Getting Unstuck. This is through the Open Commonwealth University in the UK. She founded a training and development business 25 years ago, called Thinking Dynamics which offers a wide variety of training programs in the areas of business strategy, facilitation, leadership development and improved team performance and relationships. Catherine is an internationally accredited master trainer for Dr. Edward de Bono in South Africa – one of only 20 in the world. Dr. de Bono, is an internationally renowned teacher and author in the areas of thinking and innovation.
During the session, Dr. Catherine Van Heerden will analyze the following;
